Will this work for a shop my size?
The 1-case option is there so a single bar can try it. Two cases is what most shops order so the bar and pastry station stay stocked. Four cases is for a first drop or a second location.
I have tried specialty coffee and it was inconsistent.
This case packs the coffee and the palm sugar together on purpose, so the house drink is not waiting on two different deliveries. Roast and lot notes ship with the case.
How long until we notice a difference?
Day 1 the bags are on the bar. Week 1 you stop the grocery run. Month 1 the house drink has a stable taste.
What if my customers do not like palm sugar?
You have 30 days. If it does not earn its place on the bar, we refund the case.
